RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products returned for a refund are accepted provided they are returned, at the buyers expense, within 30 days of purchase in new resalable condition.
Installed striping kits will incur a restocking fee of 20%. The purchase price will be refunded minus 20%. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
We do not issue shipping refunds if UPS does not deliver on time, unless we receive a refund from them. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how they handle it. If it's a guaranteed service, and we can file a claim with them and get a refund, we will pass that along to you. Otherwise, we do not issue refunds for missed delivery dates for any reason such as mechanical delays, sorting errors, missed flights, weather delays or anything else.
Refunds are processed within 3 days of the item being received by us and credited to the original payment method.
PLEASE make sure you include a note with your return so we know who it's from. We can't process your return if we don't know who it's from!
Please contact us by email prior to returning an item for an exchange. There is a $20 charge for any exchange to cover the cost of re-stocking the returned item and shipping out the new item.
