Shipping policy

Pick-Up:

  • You can pick up your order from our Ramsey, MN shop location if you prefer. 
  • Lawn Striping Kits are built to order. We do not stock them. We need 3 days to build them, unless there's a rush charge.
  • Make sure you call/text or email us ahead of time to verify that someone will be here when you arrive.

All Items Ship Out Of Ramsey, Minnesota.

  • We ship as soon as possible.
  • Because Lawn Striping Kits are made to order, they may take 3-4 days to ship unless you've chosen rush production time.
  • Production time does not include transit (shipping) time.
  • Production time is the time we need to manufacture your order.
  • Transit (shipping) time is the time it takes the shipping carrier to get it to you.
  • For example, if you choose Standard Production (3 business days) with next day air shipping, your order will be produced within 3 business days and then shipped out next day air. 
  • You will receive an e-mail from us with tracking when your order ships.
  • TRANSIT TIMES ARE ESTIMATES FROM THE CARRIER (UPS OR USPS). WE HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER TRANSIT TIMES. Please refer to our refund policy as we do not issue refunds for missed estimated transit times or delivery dates.
  • We always ship lawn striping kits via UPS. Standard shipping will be UPS Ground. The United States Postal Service doesn't have a great track record handling our striping kits, so we do not ship through them.
  • Please no PO Boxes. If you provide a PO box as a shipping address we will hold your order until we can reach you and get a physical address. 
  • International orders: Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and will NOT include your local duty and/or customs fees or taxes. UPS will collect duty/taxes and clearance fees from you before they will deliver your package.
